Madras High Court Recruitment for Latest Job Vacancies Notification:
High Court of Madras invited applications for the posts of Superintendent (Catering) & Bearer. The eligible candidates are required to apply on or before 03.02.2016. Further, more details such as qualification, age limit, the scale of pay, how to apply are mentioned below.
1) Superintendent (Catering): 02 Posts
Qualification: Pass in +2 or its equivalent with a knowledge to read, write and speak two languages viz., Tamil and English with 3 years experience in cooking Indian/ Chinese/ Continental foods.
or
Degree or Diploma or Certificate Course in Hotel Management / Catering technology or any of the Craft Courses in the field of Catering, from a
recognized university / Institute in the Indian Union with 3 years experience in the respective field with a knowledge to read, write and speak two
languages viz., Tamil and English.
Scale of Pay: Rs.9,300- 34,800 + Grade Pay: Rs.4,600/-
2) Bearer: 03 Posts
Qualification: Pass in VIII Standard or its equivalent with the knowledge to read, write and speak Tamil and any other language with 2 years experience as Asst. Cook/ Bearer/ Helper, etc.
or
Certificate Course in Hotel Management / Catering Technology or any of the Craft Courses in the field of Catering from a recognized
University / Institute in the Indian Union with 2 years experience in the respective field with a knowledge to read, write and speak Tamil and any other
language.
Scale of Pay: Rs.4,800- 10,000 + Grade Pay Rs.1,400/-
Age (As on 01/01/16):
i. For reserved categories: Must have attained the age of 18 years and (BC, MBC & SC/ST) must not have attained the age of 35 years.
ii. In a case of Others: Must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years.
Selection Procedure: The selection of candidates for the posts of Superintendent (Catering) and Bearer will be
made on the basis of skill test and Interview.
Application Fee:
Superintendent (Catering): Rs.350/-
Bearer: Rs.150/-
The fee should be paid only by Demand Draft drawn in any Nationalized Bank in favor of the Registrar General, High Court of Madras, payable at Chennai. The candidates belonging to S.C / S.T. are exempted from payment of Fee.
